Spent an hour wondering why all 13 AI agents in my @openclaw lab went silent on @telegram . Turned out better-sqlite3 was compiled for Node v25 (ABI 141) but the gateway was running on Node v24 (ABI 137). One npm rebuild later, everything came back.
