@EcoworrierRick It's not an offence the council can deal with as they're parked behind the lines. Double yellows extend to the property boundary, zigzags don't so therefore no pcn can be issued by council

@NJL_Blancq I voted for always, but tbf it's not a true reflection as I was usually driving as I was an internal student. A lot of the time it may have been me and my mentor as a double crew, so had to drive.

@frec4medic @enhanced_c_s @TheBHF @SCAS999 @zollemsfire @ResusCouncilUK @stjohnambulance @scacharity GoodSam have removed thier alerter app so I'm mot sure how much use it is anymore. I've not once been alerted (correctly) by the app as my local trust doesn't utilise GoodSam :(

@PompeyCyclist @PudseyPedaller I wasn't commenting on his move from lane 3 to lane 2 merely why moving to the left lane was not needed. Van driver was a plonker, I'd of just stayed in lane 3 and let them undertake before moving over tho, but I'd of stayed in lane 2

Its reached that time of the year again, bedtime reading the deployment plan for #BrightonHalfMarathon whilst plugging in POI's into @what3words so I don't get lost out on cycle response. Going to be a chilly start but can't wait to be part of @enhanced_c_s amazing provision.

@mrdanwalker Yet ask those emergency service workers what evidence they've got that the helmet was what saved your life, I can almost guarantee that none of them would be able to show you the evidence.

@TheRealRead The trouble I find is its never a direct referral. Eg. HCP on scene contacts Hospital, Medics agree admission, medics pass to admission team, admission team contact ambulance service or PP to convey. Be so much easier if first and last parties could speak directly.

@Saramac7 @NicklessStephen Countless times I've attended a patient for conveyance on request of another HCP to find a patient with no idea what is going on and find myself needing to reassess and work it out for myself, in such pressured times this adds more delay on scene. 2/2

@Saramac7 @NicklessStephen This is why I feel ambulance crews and GP's could benefit from being able to electronically send PRF's across. It's one thing getting a verbal handover from the patient, but helps clarify things when you've got a proper assessment written down in front of you. 1/2

Great result but still bafgles me why @SCAS999 refuse to issue thierbprivate provider crews with such safety devices as Radio's! I hope ik never in such a situation where I have to try dial for help on my mobile phone.

His only option is to cycle on the roads with all the idiots rather than enjoy the nice scenic trails near his house!

@TheLeeMcLaren Retaining information, i need to "do it" for it to stick. Also struggle with medical jargon, I like things broken down into simple terms. But my main struggle is actually finding time alongside 50hr weeks and looking after 2 kids!

@JohnnyMercerUK @swasFT It wasn't that they could prioritise the call, but they couldn't resource the call. She should have had an ambulance in 18 minutes, she didn't! As a Paramedic I wouldn't find Starmer's comment at all offensive, he is merely highlighting the truth!

@blacksladder Could get her FREC3 which isn't much at all and would serve well in the future even without becoming a Para. Then Clcould work a few events for a company alongside Paramedics and ask plenty of questions :)
