Must question additional shipping lines charges that are arbitrary and unreasonable at the expense of importers that result in higher import costs and prices. Importers may use big logistics companies who have leverage. Can also tax revenues from shipping lines charges.

feedwheat tariffs ranging 3-7 and fish tariffs 0-15% shd be lowerred to a uniform tariff rate of 5% to help lower prices. Same lowering of tariffs of meat poultry corn, but not at 5% due to many local producers
