No Thomas you are speaking from a point of privilege now. I was 3 kilometers away from the stadium at 12:45 with a parking ticket and we were turned away to use a different route that took us more than 2 hours. But privilege doesn’t make you experience all this. The planning is poor.

Few takeaways from today's Derby, Event Management should be ashamed, closing off Nasrec Road for only VIP was a disaster. SMSA need to rethink the whole thing, fans actually arrive on time but the whole admin of scanning tickets is cumbersome. The Less said about JMPD the better

I took my family today & the experience outside the suite or the stadium is unacceptably bad.

Those staging the derby have to know that how customers experience the entire day is part of the game.
