@VirginTrains I was guaranteed a refund within four working days from 3 March. Still haven’t got it I’ve been emailing and sending complaint forms and trying to call and haven’t received anything. I understand it’s busy due to snow..but don’t guarantee four days for a refund if you can’t do it

@VirginTrains been over a week. No response from your customer service. Was GUARANTEED a refund on first tickets then refused a refund for a cancelled train which you thought was only delayed. Owed over £70. Time for a lawyer. This is a disgrace. #CustomerService #awful #disgrace
