Cats are weird man. You don't see them for 6+ hours, then they come flying around a corner, freeze, stare at you like you're the first human they've ever seen, disappear under a couch, then find them an hour later napping on a bed like they're some kind of teleporting goblin.
Making a list to go to Target is ridiculous because 1) I'm going to get distracted by literally everything not on the list and 2) as soon as I get there the list is going to seem too short to have warranted the trip so I have to buy more to make it worth it.
Yes I understand the concepts of time zones and the Earth’s rotation.
But that doesn’t mean my mind isn’t blown every time I fly somewhere and arrive an hour after I left despite being in the air for 5+ hours.
Online reviews can be such a rabbit hole because two people will post about the same product on the same day and one will be like "best in class, tried 37 others and this blew them away" and second one claims it caused a death in the family and two natural disasters.
You are allowed to admit that you worked hard at something and it turned out well rather than always claiming you got lucky.
