@nsandihelp ......... You have taken all my proof of ID and address documents to open an online account - which I now have but not much point having an online account when you keep refusing my proof of address to actually have the bank account..its the same address!

@nsandihelp Sorry but why are we going in circles? I sent you all the documents over a year ago- and got an online account. Now it says I have to send them all again to have a direct saver account.. It has cost me over 150 euros in fees for certification of documents SO FAR...
