Hi Monroe! My name is Katie Frauen. I am going into my 12th year of teaching and my 7th year of teaching at Monroe Elementary. This year I will be teaching 2nd and 3rd grade special education students. Over summer I have been spending time with family and friends, and exercising.

I am so excited to start my 5th year teaching 1st grade at Monroe. My family and I had fun moving into our new house this summer and we spent lots of time fishing, reading outside and swimming. It was a great way to recharge for the next school year!
