District 4 will begin salt brining roads today to prepare for the upcoming inclement weather. Snow plows are on standby for when the snow gets deep enough to plow.
Monrovia Volunteer Fire Rescue is still operating on scene of a fatality fire in the Forestbrook neighborhood. The state Fire Marshals Office will be investigating.
