@_mochauxtob Jubilee needs to be nerfed by removing the hood team up. Giving her the chance to be hitscan AND headshot is too strong

@llzarus @Ogjigsaw_ I sorted specifically for DUELIST since we are talking about DIVE DUELIST. Also every character listed here is super strong right now AS WELL AS black cat and daredevil, especially in higher ranks were PROS PLAY
