🐝 I think the phrase ‘I’ll always shine in this place’ is really beautiful.
Every time we perform like this and give our closing remarks, I think about what I want to say even when I’m in the shower.
🐝Whenever I step on stage, I work so hard that I forget what I even prepared,
and I’m really shouting with everything I have.
🐝I shouted like that again today, so much that my head almost reached the sky.
🐝As MONSTA X reaches our 12th year now, we’ve really been through so many things.
There were so many moments that didn’t go the way we wanted, so many times we felt frustrated.
🐝I once thought about how we managed to endure all of that and make it this far,
and then I realized we weren’t really thinking about it. We were just moving forward.
🐝So first of all, I sincerely want to thank the members for letting us still have the dream of standing on this stage, holding concerts at the gymnastics arena, and receiving energy from you as singers.
🐝This is why I make music.
🐝As a singer, for Monbebe right in front of me and for everyone who came today, I want to always be a source of strength.
🐝I want to help you shine like this all the time, though honestly I don’t know if I’m doing a good job.
🐝When I released my second mini album Insanity, I shared the message ‘You have to go crazy to shine,’
and looking at you today, Monbebe, you’re all shining like crazy.
🐝Am I shining like crazy too?
🐝You are always the ones who give me bright light,
so I’ll say what I always say again.
🐝Thank you so much for being born.
Think of yourselves, each and every one of you, as keys that move this world.
Stay devoted, don’t give up, and always just do it.

🐶 I usually like stability and tend to prefer safe things, so I honestly worried a lot when preparing my solo song.
🐶 After playing guitar for about three months, I wanted to do a solo stage and even a guitar solo, but I’m not really someone who likes taking on challenges.
🐶 But as an idol, as someone who stands on stage and sings, there are moments when, fueled by your support, I end up doing things that aren’t really “me.”
🐶 In those moments, I truly feel alive and grateful.
🐶 That’s why today is so meaningful to me too.
🐶 Preparing and showing a song in a different genre for the first time took a lot of courage, and I’m so thankful you made that possible.
🐶 You say things like, “Your solo was so good,” “You worked so hard,” “You were amazing,” “Thank you for making it,” but honestly, I don’t think I made it alone.
🐶 If I didn’t have a stage to show Monbebe, I probably never would’ve done it.
🐶 I worked so hard that my hands are completely messed up.
🐶 But because I really wanted to do it and wanted to show you, I pushed myself like that.

🐢 While preparing for and performing these three days of concerts, I really wanted to do well.
🐢 When I felt like the performance didn’t live up to my own standards, I got frustrated.
🐢 But in life, moments like that happen a lot, right?
When you want to do well but things don’t go your way.
🐢 MONSTA X has had moments like that too, and probably will again in the future.
🐢 We had moments like that even during today’s concert,
but going through them together with the members beside me and overcoming them felt really meaningful.
🐢 And I’m grateful that the people watching and loving us like that are right in front of me.
🐢 So no matter what moments come, even if things don’t go the way I want,

🐹 This really isn’t just something I say lightly.
🐹 I debuted as MONSTA X at 23, and now I’m 34, and it honestly still doesn’t feel real.
🐹 Back then, when I didn’t know anything, I truly never imagined I’d still be receiving so much love from Monbebe 12 years later.
🐹 I thought I’d just do my best and go until I had no regrets, but I never expected to be loved for this long.
🐹 As time goes on, honestly, Monbebe just become more and more incredible.
🐹 I really respect you so much.
🐹 Staying by one person’s side for 12 years is not easy. Some people may have joined along the way, some may have discovered us recently, others may have been here from the beginning.
🐹 But seeing all of you bring us here through so many different kinds of love makes me think that wherever I am, I need to give my absolute best.
🐹 You make me constantly remind myself, you are a grateful person. That presence, that reminder, is you.
