Our client was charged with two counts of Assault Emergency Worker from summer 2021. These are not light charges and we are very pleased to have been able to intervene to prevent him receiving convictions for them.

Brilliant outcome today with @RozBurgin at @gcnchambers instructed on our client's Amazon facility protest case. The trial was listed for 5 days at Teesside Magistrates' Court, now squashed on day 1 thanks to the advocates representing the 12 defendants.

We are pleased to report that a caution has been secured for our client who was taken to court with 3 charges of assaulting a police officer. This is a good outcome for our client, a vulnerable young black woman who was in crisis at the time of the incident.
