My wife is travelling with her mother and father who are bed ridden and is for hospitalization purposes. If ur hotel guys treat customers so bad then it’s a problem. Rs 200 for a pillow and seems like they have no mattress to provide. @riteshagar

Dear @IndiGo6E my father is in Kolkata airport. On wheelchair assistance and he is a senior citizen travelling to Mumbai. I tried booking his meal and ur website wouldn’t let me do it yesterday. Now I called call center but no help. He has pressure and needs meals on time. Help
