At least Charlie Kirk is keeping quiet about this Karmelo Anthony trial sentencing. Thank God he finally learned to have the decency to shut up for a second.
Jesse Mack Butler was 16 & 17 when he sexually assaulted and strangled two 16 year olds!
He faced 10 felony counts, including attempted rape, rape by instrumentation, forcible oral sodomy, sexual battery, and domestic assault and battery by strangulation. Investigators recovered video evidence from his phone, which showed one victim strangled to unconsciousness.
He was sentenced to out-patient counseling, community service, rehabilitation, and strict curfew supervision until he turns 19. He avoided serving any time behind bars, and the convictions could be erased from his record upon reaching 19!
Public setting not trespassing ✅️
Was NOT the aggressor✅️
Knife was legal per Texas law✅️
Was attacked by two low IQ thugs✅️
Karmelo Anthony is 100% innocent
The facts from court:
🔹 Karmelo has epilepsy (the CONTINUED assault could have triggered a fatal seizure).
🔹 The massive Metcalf brothers were towering over him.
🔹 Karmelo was SEATED the entire time.
How can you be the "aggressor" while remaining seated, when YOUR life is on the line? This is 100% self-defense.
@Hboog32 It's simple, Sorsby has the complexion for protection.
The same people excusing him are the same ones writing the rules. So his "character concerns" needs “context,”& “nuance,” & “second chances,” while Shedeur gets judged for just existing. Smh that's nasty work.
@Mappy6984 Exact reason why that Metcalf kid got what came to him. You people do not have the authority to make anyone do anything, how is this so hard to grasp?
@ScottProcter_ Brother, they will always find a way to make those wrongs into a right. Just look anywhere throughout society, none of this was unexpected.
Best part about it is he’s still ass it won’t make a difference. He actually might’ve been better off going in the supplemental draft and being picked high based off of the NFL’s love for white mediocrity instead of the actual first round talent he’ll have to display this year.
NEW: Texas Tech QB Brendan Sorsby has been granted a preliminary injunction against the NCAA and is eligible for the 2026 season.
