Tristan Tate reveals the secret to becoming a top 1% performer and why it’s actually extremely EASY

[𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗞𝗬 @TheWarKitchen]

It's actually simpler than you think:

1. Judge food by how it makes you feel AFTER eating, not during

2. Vitamin D is a scam. You can't reduce the Sun to a pill. Build a solar callous in the summer and eat cod liver during winter.

3. There is no diet. We are human beings. We can eat everything, as long as its prepared properly.

4. PUFA from seafood is healthy and not the same as PUFA from seed oils

5. The quality of your water is as important as the quality of your food

6. Raw milk is best, but lightly pasteurized is also amazing. A little bit of heat isn't the worst thing.

7. Your gut is the most important thing in your body. Ruin your gut, and everything spirals downwards.

8. Drinking warm bone broth on an empty stomach should be prescribed medication

9. Rosemary is one of the best herbs in the world with incredibly underrated neurological benefits

10. Black seed oil is nature's antibiotic. 1/2 tbsp a day gives your immune system an extra shield.

11. Local, raw honey is the best cough syrup

12. Cold pressed seed oils like black seed & high oleic sunflower are actually healthy for you

13. Fearing fruit is stupid. It's even better consumed sun-kissed.

14. Kefir can only be made from kefir grains, and legend says these grains have divine origin

15. Coconut water regulates blood pressure without the side effects of statins

16. Magnesium and potassium deficiency is not talked about enough and one of the root causes of illness

17. Sourdough is the superior form of bread. If you can't tolerate it, you have gut issues.

18. Structuring water is not "woo woo". Throw water in a Flaska and it will taste like spring water. Magical, isn't it?

19. Berries are one of the most potent things you can snack on

20. Liver is a superfood but you should not overeat it. Everything needs to be balanced. Copper : Zinc ratio needs to be in check.

21. Excessive blue light exposure without sunlight is as unhealthy as a fast food meal

22. Most mental illnesses stem from chronic nutritional deficiencies

23. Artificial dyes in candy make children more sick than sugar itself

24. While sugar is not the enemy and it's good to peat, don't overdo it. Eating ice cream 3x per day is not healthy.

25. Eating alfresco extends your lifespan

26. Saying prayer over your food increases bioavailability

27. Cows are net positives to the world, and the greenhouse gases they emit do not cause a problem

28. Every animal you eat is a sacrifice. Eating animals slain in inhumane conditions brings bad energy into your life.

29. A bee is the best pet you can have. You give them a home, they give you honey, comb and propolis for a lifetime. Friends!

30. Do parasite cleanses. But make sure you take activated charcoal or a binder to remove the toxins you might have just activated.

31. Gut problems start in the mouth. It's the beginning of the digestive track, after all.

32. Caffeine is a miracle drug, but you have to use it and not let it use you. It is a blessing to do espresso-charged creative work.

33. Most people are consuming way too many supplements. Majoring in the minors. Focus on a few, quality supplements.

34. It takes the average person less time to cook a healthy meal than it does deciding what to order on UberEats

35. The larger the cut of meat you buy, the higher the quality and the cheaper it costs

36. White rice tastes better and is HEALTHIER than brown rice

37. You can eat plant foods like oats and nuts. Just activate them by soaking in water & removing the antinutrients

38. Vegetables like spinach are best cooked in fat (make creamed spinach)

39. While eating fried foods cooked in stable fat (tallow) is HEALTHIER than food fried in seed oils, you still don't want to overdo it

40. Multivitamins are the biggest scam on the planet. Doesn't do anything for you.

41. Fish oils come oxidized in the bottle. Just eat sardines. The original "fish oil"

42. You don't need to buy flavored yogurt. Just add cinnamon, cacao and honey to full fat whole yogurt.

43. It's easier to AVOID the poisons instead of actively finding for what to eat

44. Distilled water is dead and devoid of life. Water needs minerals and electrolytes, it's what they were DESIGNED for!

45. Olive oil and avocado oil are more fruit oils than seed oils. You squeeze the fruit = you get edible oil. Simple math.

46. Anything can be a health food if you use the right ingredients

47. Water out of a glass cup tastes different than water out of a plastic cup

48. Calories are only one side of the coin. You must pay attention to macronutrients AND micronutrients.

49. Beware of silent ingredients. Aluminum from poor quality pans. Microplastics from plastic cutting boards.

50. You're better off eating a smaller quantity of quality food instead of more garbage

Women are born at the top of the mountain.

Men are born in the valleys around it

A man is judged on how high he climbs

A woman is judged on how far she falls

Men have much to gain

Women have much to lose

Masculinity is built

Femininity is preserved .

@lukebelmar Your perception will mirror and be limited by the fuel you consume. Input and digest trash = trash output and environment. Be where you need to be before you need to be there.
