Kinder has been having so much fun reading the Texas 2x2s. Today we read The Yawns are Coming by @ChrisEliopoulos They made connections to all their sleepover adventures and then we made a giant class to do list 😃 They really wanted to sleepover at the school! @NEISDLibrary

It was our final day of Jam in a Box! Students used the Blockly app to program their Ozobot for some summer fun. While others created mazes for Bee-Bots to run through. It’s been such a great week in the library. Thank you @YouthCodeJam @Rackspace and @khurlbertne

Day 3 of Jam in a Box! Students read The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle then used Scratch Jr to design their own caterpillar and code it to go up a tree. They are so very creative! @YouthCodeJam @Rackspace @NEISDLibrary

Day 2 of Jam in a Box! Pre-k coded Bee-Bots in the direction of a flower and 3rd graders learned all about Binary Code and made bracelets. We’re having so much fun. @YouthCodeJam @Rackspace @NEISDLibrary
