... don't go through apparently due to payment gateway problems, leading to a variety of misleading error messages. Dealing with a bank like this can be hazardous & perilous even.
@ICICIBank surely qualifies as among the top 3 in terms of pathetic customer orientation & service. Customer Care nos. given on the back of credit cards lead to nowhere, living you in limbo if you have any problem with your card. Transactions with credit cards on online sites ..
