@JioCinema_Care @JioCare @JioCinema Provide a resolution at the earliest. Bank provided UPI reference number and transaction status as successful. Your team stating that they've not received the payment and bank saying that payment is with jio Cinema and only they can issue a refund. Worst exp.

@JioCare Service request SR00001U1ZGQ not resolved even after 7 days. 5g not activated on my new sim even after 15 days of sim activation and 5g compatible recharge. What happened to Jio service?? It was not like this before.

@surya_roshni Third class products and third class after sales service. Complaint number JAI231011120292 Dt. 11/10/2023 still pending , no technician showed up till date. Don't buy any surya product or else you'll regret it.

@ICICILombard @olamoney_in Both mutually running a fraud by putting the blame on one another. They sold an insurance policy without proper disclosure and when we cancelled the policy, both are blaming each other for not issuing a refund. Refund now @bhash @nsitharaman
