I can live with my lady. (however) We all have our benchmark/nuisance. First, (for me) both parties would have to bring their A+game. As far as cleanliness, and peacefulness🕊️(non-negotiable). No matter how you were living by yourself. A (C-) is unacceptable (for me).

A Honorable Mention: (pet peeve) Cooking and not cleaning as you go along, and leaving a hot mess afterwards.😠But this can be taught, as you cook,🍳🥘CLEAN AS YOU GO!!

I only have 2 rules. Rule # 1. When waking up in the morning (don't say a word). Before you brush your teeth, (mouthwash) and wash your face. Me personally, I don't have morning breath. My breath smells like carnation milk (a baby's breath) in the morning. But that's just me!🤣

Rule # 2. I can NEVER smell a foul odor coming from you (body odor) with the exception of gas, covered by a spray bottle lol. I take an incense to the bathroom every time I have to poop. For general-purpose (GP). Me personally, my poop smells like apple pie. But that's just me!🤣
