Please sort out your flight service first! Also have you sorted entertainment options on the Nigeria - London flights yet. It’s really hard for people with children and the long waiting time, delays and cancellations are all unacceptable especially for the elderly. If it is a one off, then ok but to have it happen continuously is just total disregard for paying clients. We so want to patronise our own but try to return the goodwill with at least ok service. You don’t have to be the best but something average or a bit above will suffice for now.
