@Chase what’s the easiest way to find out if a branch office is open? Austin is under weather advisory and I’d like to go to the bank at some point. Isn’t there a law that says banks can’t be closed for more than 2 days straight?

@ChaseSupport Furthermore, calling doesn’t help much because I can’t ever get a live human. It’s all automated messaging which rarely gets me to talking to an actual person. It would be great if you’re going to use automated messaging, tell the customers whether that branch is open or not.
