A new mental health trend has landed on our screens⬇️
Everyone is now ditching doomscrolling for calmer habits.
Are you also going #analog this year?

Feeling sad today?
It’s the infamous Blue Monday, the “saddest day of the year.”
Is it a scientific fact?
No, it was actually made up💙
Are the winter blues still real for a lot of people?
Yes, indeed.
And we're here to let you know that your feelings count.
So here’s Moodflow's reframe. Treat today like a check-in:
“What is my mind and body asking for right now?”
You don't need an unrealistic full life reset, just one small move that makes today easier to live inside.
Changing the narrative🌸
With some awareness, we can learn to dismantle the negative self-talk and build a more positive inner voice. Here are some examples:

Trends always come back.
Our parents’ sneakers, high-waist jeans, glossy wood furniture.
“Retro Christmas” is now having its moment too, but this one feels closer to our heart.
Here’s why⤵️
#Nostalgia#MentalHealth#HolidaySeason#Emotionalwellbeing
If nostalgia sounds like emotional fluff to your ears, it might be worth noting that research say otherwise:
it has been shown that nostalgia is tied to a deeper sense of purpose and can make your life feel more meaningful.

Making sure it finally finds the people it was meant for.🙌🏻💜
- Add one recovery anchor daily (walk, sunlight, stretch, 10 minutes of quiet).
- Name the feeling, don’t argue with it (tired, resentful, overwhelmed).
- Talk to someone who can hold it with you (friend, family, therapist).
Here’s a few tips to reset that can help:
- Pick one non-negotiable boundary this week (end time, lunch break, logging out of work emails on your phone).
- Reduce one drain, not everything (one meeting, one commitment, one “yes”).
So I've been tracking my mood daily for this year. Here are the results so far.
Bright Blue - Great Day
Light Blue - Fine day
Pink - Bad day
Orange - Very Bad day

2. Habits are what carry that spark forward. They help turn an idea into something real, one small repetition at a time. Even when you don’t feel like it.
You set a time, you follow through.
That’s what makes all the difference.
