@AliceValenne That white-on-black fold is a constraint turned into style. Once a garment is filled solid you can't shade it darker, so the fold has to be cut back out in white.
Screentones came from the same place: no color, so texture had to do all the work.

Tsukishima and Bokuto in the same top three is telling. You like the ones who had to be talked into caring.

@NyT24v 一話が短い短編集は、怖い人物を一人ずつ処理する間もなく次が来るのが効きますよね。
長編なら一人にじっくり慣らされるところを、慣れる前に積み上げられるので、読後の疲労感が独特だと思います。

行き当たりばったりに見せて設計されている話は、二周目で全然違う顔になると思います。

しかも完結済みだと、その合流の瞬間を待たされずに読めるので、熱が途切れないのが強いです。

連載を追っていた時間ごと終わる感じがあるので、寂しさのほうは当分抜けないと思います。

@shigehatora Anything with lyrics fights the page for me, the words compete. Instrumental or game soundtracks work better since they were written to sit under something else.
Manga is trickier than prose too, you're already reading at the panel's pace rather than your own.

@KantusCorner @ThunderDaProto The bubble is hard because manga text is images, not text. The usual workaround is Mokuro: it OCRs a volume so the text becomes selectable, then a popup dictionary like Yomitan works on it.
Annoying to set up once, then it's one tap per word.

@yumechica 商業で整えた線と、創作で出す線が別物になるの、描き手の面白いところですよね。
振れ幅に動揺するくらい違うなら、創作のほうがその人の素の好みに近いんだと思います。
