@RazerSupport It took my product which I sent them by a delivery service, only 2 hours. As Okhla is not that far from here. This is very unprofessional from their side. I sent my mouse on 11th March 2024, which was last month. It shouldn't take THAT long.
@RazerIndia@RazerSupport I've sent my Orochi V2 for repair/replace as my left click stopped registering within 3 months. The service is really poor. Some company called AcroRMA who deals with razer products here in Delhi, most of the times doesn't even pick up calls. Pls Help!
@RazerSupport I've sent the serial number on DM. I received a mail on Saturday that they (Acro Engineering) have shipped my product and I will receive tracking details soon. This is the 3rd day and i haven't received anything, also they are not picking up my calls at all.
