@metalvari ???

@LiteralyMagical How much calories do you consume? If your undereating way too much while simultaneously burning a lot of calories your body can go into starvation mode and hold onto the food you eat

[𓇢𓆸 rainly ۫ ׅ @MoodyRainly]

@yayalalai You shouldn’t have to suffer to feel more valid, ozempic helps you not be as hungry without the fatigue and honestly it sounds much better to not be hungry than willing starve :)

[𓇢𓆸 rainly ۫ ׅ @MoodyRainly]

@dopemisery Hi, I don’t know if this helps but I also loose 1kg a week by eating 1200 cals while simultaneously getting my steps in, it helps a lot with preventing fatigue and brain fog :)

[𓇢𓆸 rainly ۫ ׅ @MoodyRainly]

@yayalalai I wanna be mooties!

[𓇢𓆸 rainly ۫ ׅ @MoodyRainly]

@blueberryblood I’ve only managed to loose 28lbs tell me who tf you did this

[𓇢𓆸 rainly ۫ ׅ @MoodyRainly]

[𓇢𓆸 rainly ۫ ׅ @MoodyRainly]

@ariscl0udd Yes and no, eating meat isn’t wrong it’s just our food chain but what makes it “wrong” is that the animals shouldn’t be reduced to living in horrible conditions, they should have a free life of roaming the wilds instead of being enslaved

[𓇢𓆸 rainly ۫ ׅ @MoodyRainly]

@teenageteqrs My hair and nails, I have genetically thick long hair that’s already past my back and I’ve been growing my nails out so I rlly don’t want my hair to start thinning/develope brittle nails :/
