My Ubisoft account was hacked, and despite providing receipts, linked accounts, and emails, @UbisoftSupport keeps denying recovery. I've filed with the FTC, BBB, and ICO — still no help. Why are paying users being ignored?

@WorldNewsCV I will definitely do this. I did file a BBB complaint against them recently but they repeated the same bot messages on their too. Do they just not take it serious at all? It was very strange because I was told it would 100% work.

@UbisoftSupport I need help recovering my hacked Ubisoft account. I have filled out the Ubisoft recovery form multiple times but I have been denied Account recovery every time. I have provided every piece of evidence you have asked for. Please help.

@UbisoftSupport Hello and thank you for the reply. Is there anything else I can do to verify my ownership? I have asked multiple times but I never got an answer. I provided all evidence they have asked for multiple times. If you have an answer for me then I really appreciate it.
