@BBCWatchdog Went to Pontins North Wales in July. Our room was dirty, damp and uninhabitable for a week. We asked for a new room but they wouldn’t give us one unless we paid for the upgrade. We decided to go home and after numerous emails/calls they won’t give us our money back.
