Tripster Half-Year 2026 Flashback 💙
From the outside, Tripster may have seemed a little quiet.
Behind the scenes, however, the first half of 2026 was filled with experiments, building, learning, and major shifts in direction.
Not everything went according to plan.
Many things were still experiments.
But every step helped us understand more clearly where Tripster should go next.
Here’s what we worked on over the past six months 🧵
A little recap from Contribution Day 💙
Thank you to everyone who joined us and spent the evening sharing ideas, connecting with the community, and hearing what Tripster has been building behind the scenes 🤝✨
Big thanks to @contributedao , @MaxbitOfficial , and everyone who made this event happen.
See you at the next one! 💙
A few days ago, we introduced Reserve on Sui.
Today, let’s start with the first touchpoint:
📍 Google Maps.
Search for a restaurant.
Find a place you like.
Tap “Reserve Table.”
From there, Reserve on Sui begins connecting the next steps:
🍽️ Reservation
💳 Payment
⭐ Rewards
The goal is simple:
turn a familiar action into a connected on-chain flow.
#ReserveOnSui #BuildOnSui
🚀 Introducing Reserve on Sui.
A Tripster spin-off bringing real-world restaurant reservations to the @SuiNetwork ecosystem.
From discovery
to reservation
to payment
to rewards —
all in one connected flow.
It starts with something familiar:
📍 Find a restaurant
🍽️ Tap Reserve Table
🌊 Continue on Sui
This is just the beginning.
#ReserveOnSui #BuildOnSui
🤔 For years, Tripster has helped people discover places worth going.
Restaurants.
Hotels.
Attractions.
Experiences.
But discovery is only part of the journey.
At some point, users want to take action.
Book the place.
Confirm the plan.
Complete the experience.
That question has been on our mind for a while:
What should happen after discovery?
More tomorrow. 🌊
#Sui
📱 One customer.
Four systems.
📍 Discovery
🍽️ Reservation
💳 Payment
⭐ Rewards
To the customer, it’s one journey.
Behind the scenes, it’s often four different systems working independently.
Every handoff creates friction.
Every extra step creates drop-off.
We’re exploring what happens when those systems start working together.
👀 Sneak peek.
We’ve been quietly building something at Tripster.
🚫 Not another wallet.
🚫 Not another DeFi dashboard.
🚫 Not another NFT collection.
Something designed around real-world experiences.
More soon. 🌊
🍽️ Finding a restaurant takes seconds.
Actually booking it?
Not always.
❌ Too many forms
❌ Too many redirects
❌ Too many steps
Somewhere between discovery and reservation, the experience breaks down.
We think it can be much simpler.
👀 Something interesting is coming.
Every day, people:
📍 Discover places 🍽️ Make reservations 💳 Complete payments ⭐ Earn rewards
Yet these experiences still live in separate systems.
What if they didn't?
💙 Tripster fam, we’ve got another meetup!

Pizza next month? 🍕
We’ve been a little quiet lately.
Not because we’ve slowed down —
but because we’ve been busy building.
Something we’ve been working on for quite some time is finally coming together 🚀
And we think it’s about time we shared it with you.
See you next month 👀✨
Details coming soon.
🚨 Something big is coming to Google Maps.
Not another chatbot.
Not another booking app.
A new layer where AI can actually do things in the real world — seamlessly. 🌍⚡️
Search.
Reserve.
Execute.
All from the interfaces people already use every day. 👀
Web2 convenience.
Agentic execution.
Soon.🥳
Sui Overflow is putting the Agentic Web in focus.
And we believe the Agentic Web becomes truly powerful when it connects to real-world applications.
Not just chat.
Not just on-chain actions.
But AI agents that can actually execute.
Gita is building that execution layer —
starting with restaurant bookings, lifestyle services, and agent-powered payments.
Real users.
Real services.
Real revenue.
Real-world execution. 🌊
The Agentic Web needs more than infrastructure.
It needs things agents can actually do.
https://t.co/O9h3dFEZoJ
Sui Overflow has us thinking about the Agentic Web beyond crypto-native use cases.
The Agentic Web becomes much more interesting when it connects to real-world applications.
Travel is one of the clearest examples.
Hotels.
Restaurants.
Experiences.
Bookings.
Payments.
AI agents won’t just recommend where to go.
They’ll help make the trip happen.
Tripster is building for that world. 🌊✈️
