@lufthansa Delayed flight in Sep 2022, claim made immediately. LH replied Nov 2022 and promised 400e compensation. I asked for clarification -> LH stopped replying and closed the reimbursement link. I have now contacted Finnish Competition
and Consumer Authority.

@lufthansa: delayed flight on September 2022. I have customer service ID for my case but you stopped replying. Why? I have been waiting for MONTHS now! Legally I'm entitled for compensation. Unbelievably bad customer service!
