@AirCanada I am on the line with them. First they said it’s in Toronto. Then they said it’s in Montreal. When I told them that it can’t be in two places at once, so looks like they made stuff up … then they put me on hold

@AirCanada - can someone help us with a lost bag? We lost it on our way to Toronto. They have found it, but it’s been sitting somewhere for the last 3 days and they are unable to get we it to our hotel in Montreal. The reason is that ‘it takes time’ 🙁
