time to stop ordering from swiggy, wdym ive had 2-3 incidents in the same month w.r.t the quality of food + restaurant service. ordered a tiramisu rn, it was so sour and stale. @SwiggyCares do better, im tired of talking to agents and getting a refund
@SwiggyCares I never confirmed the cancellation. I enquired for an immediate cancellation in the first 30 seconds of placing the order due to a glitch on your app, where it was said i'll receive the order after 70 minutes , which was initially showed to me as 40 minutes before ordering.
@SwiggyCares horrible customer support, it's been more than a day and i've not been intimated about a refund or even a response on an unfair cancellation made by your customer support chat.
so sick and tired of bad service from all these apps claiming to be the fastest. DONT BE FAST BE CONSIDERATE. AND BE TRANSPARENT ABOUT WHY YOU RANDOMLY CANCEL ORDERS AFTER THEY’ve been shipped and almost reached your doorstep?? 🥰@MyntraSupport
the correct floor, room number but in the opposite building. the funniest part is that someone actually took the order and eventually i got a refund and all which is fair enough but its interesting that someone took food which they never ordered😭?
haven’t been active for the longest time but thought i’d share this. placed an order from @zomato around 11:30 pm yesterday and the eta was 38 minutes but around 12:30 the delivery partner called and there was some misunderstanding because he delivered the order to (1/2)
whats the sad part? been listening to #Coldplay from when i was 15 years old, followed their journey, yet the wannabe & influencers who are hyped up for Insta reels & social media are getting the tickets. @coldplay some other day, some other place, will meet you! Viva La Vida!
