@cedarcats Ninjago has always been pretty much about magic and comedy, it's a kids show after all and while it tackles many important and deep issues I think some of the older (non-kids) fans forget that and expect a more heavy tone (like the oni trilogy)

@iovelaava I picked up s11 after a few years and after prime empire I really see lava. I always liked bruise or Kai x Zane as fanon ships, but as a diehard kaylor fan I wouldn't mind lava happening now (though I know abt Geo and he seems like a cutie)

@cedarcats Im currently on s14 (picked up after years) and it's honestly so fun and has some of the best arcs (esp Cole in s13!!!), but s11 was a bit bland, but it's definitely overhated
Ninjago is so far from being ended I'm surprised so many people hate on the new stuff
