@FDsignifier It’s the other woman’s choice to be a surrogate but under captalism it’s hard to deny the coercive incentive to do so. I think the reality is many woman (myself included) realize how difficult pregancy can be but still want a child that’s “our own”
@yungpiplup @xaviers_online It’s an act of respect that you take away only for trans people who have upset you, I doubt you or most keep that energy for cisgender people you’re canceling. That’s why it’s weird and transphobic.
@dasuperbackup Oh random addition! I also watched kat black so again, I just saw a lot of trans representation on YouTube and didn’t think much of it growing up.
@dasuperbackup I think in my kid brain I saw them as objectively correct on gender identity issues since they were trans. So I felt like they were the mass and “correct” opinion on non binary ppl and I was trans med for a looooong time because of it
@Chikibaabyyy @lordkcoded @clarkspo @Letiferfem They made an observation that isn’t entirely untrue, this amount of loud hate wasn’t seen during the crimes of predatory men in Hollywood. I wouldn’t blame someone for thinking it’s because of sexism. I don’t think it is for most people but it’s not an unfair analysis
@Chikibaabyyy @lordkcoded @clarkspo @Letiferfem Nope I’m on johnnys side but I can also make observations. The way people are handling this is very bizarre. I wouldn’t say it’s sexist so much as it’s people not really caring and just using a real abuse trial as weird entertainment. It’s weird af.

So today, GrubHub offered $15 off orders from 11am to 2pm in NYC, which got thousands of customers to order free meals within that time window.
The issue? They didn't tell restaurants & delivery workers they were doing this.
@geekdadvs @vrliyah@TruuTheGod@Isckandr7 Absolutely but I just think the internet has made us all assume the worst in people and I think it’s terrible for everyone. The fact that it turned into a huge thread when it could’ve been a simple misspeaking that would’ve been easily clarified in real life is unfortunate
@vrliyah@TruuTheGod@Isckandr7 I don’t think he was comparing the trauma more so it seems like he meant it’s a blessing she was able to go to her graduation with her friends before she passed on, and that he wished his friend could’ve as well. I think people are being overly cynical over his reply.
