I don’t think the issue with Neymar was greed. We all saw him overshadowed by Messi, and this isn’t even a lie. A 39 year old Messi still overshadow great players like Mbappe and Haaland, so imagine what it was like against prime Messi.
Neymar made the mistake of thinking that staying alongside the brightest star dims yours. He wanted to be that “brightest star” so bad that he missed out on the fact that Messi’s light added to his.
Neymar finished top 10 on the ballon d’or list from fucking Santos! He was destined for greatness but lost the plot along the line.
And in my opinion, you can’t really blame him. If he never left Barca, he would have felt like he didn’t create his own path and was forever under Messi’s shadow. Leaving Barca wasn’t what killed his career, it was his lifestyle.
I strongly believe that in Barca, Messi to an extent, interfered in some of his habits, either directly or indirectly. He looked up to Messi, so there was a possibility that Messi pushed him to do better there. He wasn’t able to get that at PSG, so he lost that focus, and went downhill from there.
“You can only cry for your country scoring”
Me when Curaçao, that i couldn’t pin point on a map until like two hours ago, scored their first goal ever:
I am CRYING 😭 He really asked the girlie to move so that he could be close to his two crushes Tao and Jackson??? 😭 I love this man.
He is their giant baby, look at him proudly smiling #DylanWang#WangHedi
#wanghedi really is not treating #bailu as a guest 🤣 he immediately put an apron to her, she barely even entered the room 😭 lulu was even expecting they would give her tea or water at the start 😭

“As I said before, my life is very good, so it's hard for me to give specific advice because I don't live the reality of many people who face daily difficulties. But the message I want to leave is; Enjoy your day today, for we know nothing about tomorrow.”
🚨 BREAKING:
"A casual mention by Lionel Messi about drinking wine with Sprite boosted Coca-Cola share by 4.5%, generating a massive $12.9 billion increase in market value in last 3 days." 🤯🔥
Australia passed a law yesterday that no child under 16 can have a social media account. The day it passed, it deleted every single child account across multiple social media apps.
Well done, Australia! 👏🏾
I'm a big fan of the "GPS Theory" when you miss a turn, your GPS doesn't judge you, it recalculates. No matter how many detours you take, it finds another way forward. Life works like that too. You'll make mistakes, but your destination doesn't vanish. The route just changes.
