• the only LI who becomes 100% dejected, sulky and sad when rejected many times
• gets 5 less smitten points (+15 vs others’ +20) compared to other LIs when watching melodramatic romance bc mc calls the male lead hot, also dislikes the ml bc he treated the fl poorly in the show
• he hates the gloaming tea body wash but if you use it, he’ll use it to smell like you and then his mood becomes dejected
• loves the berry scented body wash and will restock it on his own
• he feels happy when its a rainy day
• obsessed with the tv, will make more flower arrangements if u put the table there

Exactly!! This is exactly why so many Xavier mains were frustrated😣 People kept speaking on Xavier's behalf:

"Xavier would've wanted this."
"Xavier would've supported this."
"Xavier wouldn't approve of his fans."
"If you truly loved Xavier, you'd..."

Meanwhile, canon Xavier literally trusts MC to make her own choices instead of making her feel guilty for choosing differently😭

That's one of the biggest reasons I fell in love with his character in the first place.

He doesn't stop loving MC because she chooses differently. He doesn't manipulate her into sharing his beliefs. He doesn't weaponize guilt to change her mind. He simply asks if it's truly her choice. And once he knows it is, he trusts it!!

Respecting MC's autonomy isn't just something Xavier does, it's one of the core principles that defines his character.

So watching people use his name to guilt-trip real players especially his mains into making a specific choice, joining a specific movement, or treating disagreement as a moral failure just feels painfully out of character💔
