@ChrisChapman81 It's a while since I did this but another vote for handbrake. I've used older versions of Premiere on the PC and it never used to like using most codecs (if memory serves, avi is the file format but the codec is how its compressed). Always had to convert them first.

@DoctorLongscarf Ah interesting! Mine are just plastic folders from ring binders folded in half, which is a habit i started in the nineties to keep my books dry when I was walking to get the bus to school. That said I'd love to hear some alternative solutions as my wife isn't so keen on the look.

WordPress question: Anybody know any free/premium plugins that allow non-registered visitors to upload photos for display in a gallery?

Use: people upload photographs at an event without registering (a password is okay) and they will display instantly on a live gallery/feed.

@LWilson1980 @vastidity In my defence I threw half of them away a couple of months ago but yes I possibly do still have a few 😉. Although I did just decide to keep the bilge pump from the boat my dad had when I was a toddler. Not sure how to get the mouse nest out of it though.
