@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence activates 10 day roaming pack but not from local time, from IST, which means I lose 1 day of usage because of 30mins.
When asking customer care, I get 2 information points - both different from each other. See screenshot below. How pathetic.

And it was an emergency booking since my father in law faced a heart emergency and no compassion/resolution shown for check in despite being only 5mins late for Del-Pat 4pm flight today

It was a 32k flight and our seats went empty because obviously I booked 4 hrs before departure time but still you people can't care less. 'Not our responsibility' is what you said.
Some staff I've met from @IndiGo6E have been the best, and today, the worst.
