@SouthwestAir We had a flight from MSP to SAN with a layover in Denver. Our flight from DEN diverted us in Las Vegas and they refused to help us at costumer service. They didn’t give us a place to stay or any compensation to find other accommodations.

To get home we had to take an 8 hour bus from the middle of Downtown Las Vegas back to San Diego. Now we are looking for our bag which they told us would arrive in San Diego but isn’t here and there is no way of tracking it. Don’t fly southwest!! @SouthwestAir
