@Translink_NI A bus driver this morning to lurgan from portadown ruined my day demanding I go to a shop to get change from my ten pounds. My son was on bus. Bus driver was rude didn't ask nicely. Thankfully woman in bakery saw I was close to tears and helped. 😥
