เกาหลีเคยมีโรงเรียนที่ขึ้นชื่อว่าเป็นโรงเรียนนรก ครูข่มขืนฆ่านรหมกป่าแต่ไม่มีใครรู้ เพราะนรโรงเรียนนี้หูหนวกเป็นใบ้ พอผู้อำนวยการถูกจับ กลับติดคุกแค่ 10 เดือน

เด็กโดนขังจนต้องขูดเศษผนังมากิน แต่อัยการไม่อยากทำคดีนี้ มองว่าคนใบ้สมองไม่รู้เรื่อง และไม่เห็นแสดง ‘เสียง’ เพื่อขัดขืน

ในปี 1961 ที่เมืองควังจู มีการก่อตั้ง โรงเรียนควังจูอินฮวา โรงเรียนสำหรับผู้บกพร่องทางการได้ยิน เป็นพื้นที่ของเด็กๆ ผู้ที่พิการทางการให้ได้ใช้ชีวิตปกติ อยู่กับเพื่อนๆ ที่สื่อสารภาษามือด้วยกัน ฟังดูเหมือนสวรรค์น้อยๆ แต่ความจริงที่นี่คือนรกบนดิน

โรงเรียนนี้เบื้องหลังคือธุรกิจครอบครัว เป็นมูลนิธิ ประธานมูลนิธิให้ลูกชายคนโตมาเป็นผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน และให้ลูกชายคนรองเป็นฝ่ายบริหาร ให้ลูกชายอีกคนเป็นรองครูใหญ่ ให้ญาติมาช่วยทำ เวลาใครทำอะไรผิดเลยช่วยกันปกปิด

เด็กถูกครูมองว่าไม่ใช่คน เพราะพิการ หลายครอบครัวส่งลูกมากินนอนที่โรงเรียนนี้ หลายคนเป็นเด็กกำพร้า อีกหลายคนมีอาการพิการอย่างอื่นด้วย เดินไม่ได้ เด็กๆ ตกอยู่ใต้อำนาจผู้ใหญ่ใจร้าย ครูที่นี่ไม่ได้มีความสงสารเห็นใจเด็ก ดูถูก ทุบตีนักเรียน ตัดผมเด็ก บูลลี่ ล้อเลียนความพิการ เด็กถูกทำร้ายจิตใจไม่เว้นแต่ละวัน

ครูเลือกเด็กแล้วจับรุมโทรม ข่มขืนจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น จับทำสิ่งวิปริตตามอำเภอใจ เช่น สั่งให้เด็กแก้ผ้าเพื่อเป็นแบบวาดรูป จับเด็กขังให้หิวจนเด็กต้องขูดเอาสีบนผนังมากิน จับแกล้งทรมาน เด็กโดนมัดติดกับเครื่องทำความร้อนในห้องน้ำ ให้อดอาหาร ลงโทษด้วยการจับจูบ ให้ดูหนังโป๊ ให้เด็กด้วยกันทำร้าย บางคนถูกฆ่าหมกป่า คนภายนอกไม่รู้เรื่องก็เอาเงินมาช่วยบริจาค ไม่รู้เลยว่าเงินเข้ากระเป๋าผู้อำนวยการและญาติ มีการคาดการณ์ว่าเงินอุดหนุนและบริจาคปีเดียวมีมากถึงสองพันล้านวอน (สี่สิบล้านบาท) แต่สภาพโรงเรียนไม่มีการพัฒนา เพราะเงินถูกเอาไปใช้ส่วนตัวหมด

เด็กอยู่ในสภาพจำยอม หนีไม่ได้ หลายคนไม่มีบ้านให้กลับ พ่อแม่ลำบากเป็นผู้พิการเหมือนกัน ฟ้องใครก็ไม่ได้เพราะพวกเดียวกันหมด เด็กโดนครูบังคับให้ยกโทษให้คนที่ข่มขืนตัวเอง บังคับให้เซ็นเอกสาร ครูที่จะช่วยเด็กโดนไล่ออก โดนอำนาจมืดรังควาน อะไรเหี้ยๆ มีที่นี่หมด

ปี 2005 มีครูคนใหม่ ครูสังเกตเห็นว่า เด็กคนนึงเดินแปลกๆ ไปถามจนรู้ว่าเด็กโดนข่มขืน ครูเอาเรื่องนี้ไปฟ้องแต่ถูกไล่ออก ครูพาเด็กไปศูนย์ช่วยเหลือ เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นแฉด้านมืด มีสื่อมาทำข่าว เหยื่อออกมาประท้วง พวกครูเลวเอาเอกสารที่เด็กโดนบังคับเซ็นว่าไม่ได้โดนทำร้ายมาอ้าง จับเด็กให้พลิกคำพูดว่าสร้างเรื่อง เด็กไปแจ้งตำรวจ แต่ตำรวจทำงานช้า อัยการไม่สนใจทำคดี มองว่า ผู้พิการชอบสับสน ให้การกลับไปกลับมา คดีถูกยืดเยื้อจนกว่าจะสั่งฟ้องก็ผ่านไปหลายเดือน

มีการบุกจับพวกครูและผู้อำนวยการ พวกครูโดนรอลงอาญาปล่อยมาอยู่อิสระ กลับไปสอนปกติ จะมีที่ลงโทษจริงจังหน่อยก็คือผู้อำนวยการที่ติดคุก 10 เดือน ติดน้อยมากเทียบกับสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น

นักเขียนชื่อ กงจียอง อ่านข่าวเรื่องนี้แล้วเกิดแรงบันดาลใจเขียนนิยายเรื่อง ‘เดอะ ครูซิเบิล’ หลังจากหนังสือตีพิมพ์ มีนักแสดงเกาหลี ‘กงยู’ ได้อ่านตอนเข้ากรมทหาร อ่านจบรู้สึกคับแค้นใจมาก เขารู้สึกต้องทำอะไรซักอย่าง ติดต่อนักเขียน ติดต่อผู้กำกับมาสร้างหนัง ติดต่อนายทุน ตอนแรกนายทุนไม่อยากสร้างเรื่องนี้ เพราะมันหดหู่ กลัวขายไม่ได้ ผู้กำกับที่ยอมมารับงานคือ ฮวังดงฮยอก ผู้กำกับสควิดเกม แล้วหนังของคดีนี้เลยเกิดขึ้น

หนังนำแสดงโดยกงยู มีนักแสดงเด็กที่ฝึกภาษามือมาโดยเฉพาะ ผู้กำกับใช้เทคนิคการถ่ายทำแยกส่วน ไม่ให้เด็กถ่ายทำร่วมกับผู้ใหญ่ในฉากรุนแรง พอฉายในปี 2011 กลายเป็นปรากฏการณ์ คนดูทั้งประเทศ ประธานาธิบดีเกาหลียังไปดู จุดกระแสให้คนเรียกร้องให้มีการรื้อฟื้นคดี และมีพยานลับคือ คนขับรถโรงเรียน ที่ทำงานในโรงเรียนมา 20 ปี เขียนบันทึกทุกอย่างไว้ คนดูหนังจบก็ร่วมลงชื่อเรียกร้อง สุดท้ายผู้อำนวยการเลยติดคุกเพิ่มเป็น 12 ปี และโรงเรียนก็ถูกสั่งปิดในปีที่หนังออกฉายปีเดียวกัน

ภายหลังมีการผ่านร่างกฎหมายโทกานี ยกเลิกอายุความสำหรับคดีอาชญากรรมทางเพศผู้พิการ (เท่ากับผ่านไปกี่ปีก็นำตัวคนร้ายมาลงโทษได้) ให้การเอาผิดคนร้ายล่วงละเมิดผู้พิการ ไม่จำเป็นต้องพิสูจน์ว่าเหยื่ออยู่ในภาวะที่ไม่สามารถขัดขืนได้ ไม่มีการอ้างว่าเหยื่อส่งเสียงมั้ย ขยับตัวมั้ย คนพิการโดนล่วงละเมิดก็คือโดนล่วงละเมิด

หนังหรือหนังสือสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงสังคมได้ กงยูให้สัมภาษณ์ว่า หลังอ่านหนังสือเรื่องนี้จบ เขายังไม่อยากจะเชื่อว่าเป็นเรื่องจริง แต่พอรู้แล้ว เขาเลยถามตัวเองว่า ในฐานะนักแสดง เขาทำอะไรได้บ้าง เขาเลยตัดสินใจทำหนังเรื่องนี้ เพราะเชื่อว่ามันจะเข้าถึงผู้คนได้มากขึ้น เสียงของเขากลายเป็นเสียงที่เปล่งออกมาแทนเด็กๆ และเปลี่ยนโฉมกฎหมายเกาหลีที่มีต่อผู้พิการไปตลอดกาล

Commissions_gg are opened by humans. They have a life, they make mistakes and they aren't perfect. People need to stop dogpiling with all the false accusations and actually provide constructive feedback and solutions (if possible).

Not to mention, they are still in Beta with many things to add and edit. They are working on their bugs and reports fairly quickly, and rectifying issues. I personally had reported multiple bugs which they have resolved within 24 - 72 hours of the ticket being opened. LET THEM BREATHE. THEY ARE HUMANS TOO. Mistakes can be changed and rectified, give them a chance.

Also, I personally don't have an issue with them not wanting to expose their identity. The internet is dangerous and they might want to keep their personal life apart from opening this website which is perfectly fine. Instead, I feel like if they register themselves as a registered company, this would be better as well...

If anyone is wary after this hoo haa caused by the OP, just remove listings from the site until everything is resolved and no longer in Beta. 👍

Few things about this claim that I want to point out.

1) They're working on a competitor.
2) The evidence they show and the "fixed" update that commissions,gg apparently did have completely different layouts.
3) The initial evidence does not follow the naming conventions they use. Why is first name and last name seperated by an underscore when everything else is camelcased? Why is there also a fullName key?
4) They scrub out fullName. But if you zoom in you can see what may be a closing quote.

Something to be aware of is that anyone can just copy the data stored in this object, drop it in a document or IDE, add keys and pair it with made up data, then they can just screenshot that and post it as evidence of a fake "breach". Example:

You can check this yourself by hitting F12 on a profile, going to network and looking for a fetch with your username on it.

We take security concerns extremely seriously, and I would like to provide some additional context for this situation. The individual who raised these concerns (@/Hasiradoo) is a developer currently working on a competing platform. They created an account on our site with the intent of identifying potential vulnerabilities, and shared their findings publicly on Twitter and privately to us. While some of their concerns are valid, they are also making false claims that we want to address.

Their original post dates back to April, during the first week of our platform's launch, when we had approximately 20–50 users. We want to clearly correct one of their claims: at no point were passwords leaked, this is false. However, at that early stage, some issues were identified (such as emails being shown), and those were fixed on the same day. This is not an issue that has been going on for months, we addressed it immediately. Since then, we have made significant security improvements and continue to actively strengthen our systems. In fact, we shared an update just last week stating that we made additional security enhancements.

They made other false claims that we never responded to their security concerns, when in reality, we had a discussed the issue with them on the same day and fixed it in April. They had some valid criticism which we appreciate, and we have resolved the security concerns they brought to us. However, they are now using the resolved situation to create panic and mislead users, and this is extremely disheartening for us.

We do appreciate all concerns, feedback, and criticism, but we ask that these be raised responsibly and accurately, so as not to cause panic, mislead or harm the community. We will actively investigate any other security claims that are brought to us. As some of you have noticed, our team works quick, because we are working on the platform all day, everyday. We would never let a security claim go unattended.

We want to preface by saying we had a long discussion with the original poster before they made their tweet, where we gave them the original source file in the attached video, and offered to share timelapses where they can see all the layers separated. It is disheartening that the original poster chose not to include this information and other missing context in their post.

Our mascot, Mishi, is completely hand drawn. These sketches that are accused of being AI were done with multiple strokes of a sketch brush, there are eraser marks next to the lines and some of the lines are overlapping in areas where we used the lasso tool to reposition. Is it a messy sketch? Yes, if you're an artist, you know how imperfect sketches can get. Is it AI? Absolutely not. To increase confidence even further, we will provide more process material publicly: sketches, revisions, timelapses, and context around how Mishi evolved during beta.

On social media accounts: since we draw Mishi art ourselves, we understand why people may be curious about prior art accounts from our team. Some team members keep personal art identities separate from the platform for privacy and safety. We respect the privacy of our team members and we do not pressure anyone to expose their personal or art accounts, but we agree that we need clearer public team/structure info, which is why we will create a "Teams" page once we're out of Beta. Our team is small at the moment, but we plan to hire more members and share our team structure in the future.

With regard to security concerns, please check the thread below.

We are still in the early months of our launch and are doing our best to build a strong platform for creators. While we are disappointed that the original poster did not include the proof we sent them in their original post, we see this as an opportunity to provide more transparency and continue strengthening trust in our platform.
