@Jacknoah02@IanRunkle@sipb4urip420 Nothing I mentioned included serving papers. The cops are obviously in the wrong. Was mostly speaking on the first video.
@imanalias@DanFriedman81@TheBrancaShow It seems that corporate probably did know,
but that needs to be proven in court. The owner of the Legos was supposed to file a piece of paperwork that would officially put other creditors on notice that the Legos were his, which doesn’t seem to have occurred.
@imanalias@DanFriedman81@TheBrancaShow The arguement is the BAM corporate was a creditor to the franchise store. When they defaulted, the primary creditor can claim all inventory of the store. This would legally include consignments as long as they were not put on notice that that inventory wasn’t the stores.
@aceman67@SaSsGames@Jvans120@DanFriedman81 You can’t really class action lawsuit that. If a court finds that BAM is owed it you don’t really have grounds to contest that again, but also the go fund me includes legal fees which would include a court judgement, so it doesn’t even go against what the money was donated for.
@wkuk789@Jacknoah02@IanRunkle@sipb4urip420 It’s not like any of these are that severe, but BAM will 100% be trying to get the book thrown at Ben for every single one of these
@wkuk789@Jacknoah02@IanRunkle@sipb4urip420 Using BAMs logo (he didn’t even remove the trademark symbol, so no it’s not just his “tagline”)
Sneaking onto the roof to cover their sign with his
Tricking someone into signing a contract and trying to enforce it
Intercepting customers trying to go into the store
Impersonation
@Jacknoah02@IanRunkle@sipb4urip420 While BAM is absolute scum, posting videos of you just blatantly breaking laws as a way to get back at them, while deserved, is still illegal.
@KungFuMan316@Boythatneverwaz@rssespuffs That is where I’m confused though. I’m also fine with “sexy” art as long as it fits into the fantasy. What is the fantasy element of naked men cuddling in a bath? Oko makes total sense, earthbind was probably too on the nose. I do like the pun, but it’s not even trying to fit in.
@Herpderpmcderp@EvoR6S@Peach_Fightr It’s supposed to be a punishment, of course it’s malicious. That’s like saying jail isn’t a fun place, it’s not meant to be.
@Insanekanifer@Pirat_Nation Yes. They were losing mainly because it wasn’t written in their Eula so they had literally no case to stand on. Mods aren’t just yours either because they are written with the code of the game itself. People selling mods that been shut down for not technically having the rights.
@Insanekanifer@Pirat_Nation The Dota situation was a settlement, it sets no precedents. And DOTA is the reason Blizzard changed their EULAs to give ownership of mods to themselves. As far as I can find I don’t see a definitive ruling on this topic yet, only that courts generally view Eula’s as contracts.
@oldermtbrider@DonNorbury@Aella_Girl While what you are saying is true. I don’t understand why your conclusion would be “women will rate men as unattractive if their upward mobility, resources, and protection is unknown”. Why do you think they wouldn’t be able to rate men on just looks when nothing else is known.
@s33_us3rnam3@escapefrommelos@SkiingChad I assume he is saying something along the lines of “universities select for the top 80% of the population, so the percent of that subset population each group is should correlate, not the entire population” colleges don’t except people only be random chance.
@ghoulrepublic@DanFriedman81@JenGeorge10 You realize you are alleging a massive conspiracy, when the only evidence that it might have happened was the alleged victims statement alone but with not only an unknown date and time but unknown year. How could the claim be less credible? How could he better refute thae claim?
