Claude Lemieux killed himself the other day. One of the beacons of the NHL. June is Men's Mental Health Month.

It's not "I like to have sexy time with someone who is the same sex as me and look at me in my parade" month.

The fact that any team in the NHL would do this shit on the heels of losing Claude is pure trash. They're 4% of the population and 98% of them don't even know what icing is.

@TxM1tch @ProGenitor09 I track substitutions. Intent was to expose this and make it into a useful tool in the UI and bake into the projections a couple of years ago, but never got that far.

New Edge, I've been working on:
- Team A rolls out an opener of one-handedness and a long reliever with the opposite handiness.
- Team B uses platoon heavy hitters and swaps them out after the opener is gone.

I tested it the other day when the Rangers played Colorado and Andrew McCutchen had 1 AB as a platoon and then was pulled.

While I don't believe the Yankees will pull Paul after one AB like Cutch was...I think there's a real edge here when a player expects PAs get cut down drastically.
