The young imbeciles who think they want socialism should take a look at this. Socialism doesn’t mean that good quality things become less expensive, it means that everything turns to shit and you get an allotment/ration of that shit. Young people in particular have been made to believe that socialism means that luxury/nice things will suddenly become attainable. No. It means you handover your freedom and your potential for a guaranteed scrap. The catch is, sometimes even the scraps run out. Look at Cuba.
@LeighWolf Relax. The investigation culture in the military has gotten so out of hand over the past couple decades, that a wholesale review of it is long past due.
Sometimes you have to change a culture from the top by just squashing overreach in a very public way.
In 1697, Natives kidnapped Hannah Duston from her home in Massachusetts. Then they bashed her newborn baby's head against a tree. Today, people want to vilify her, because she killed her captors in their sleep and scalped them.
Hannah Duston simply did what any true English mother would do.
Pro-Tip: many American Indian tribes weren't exactly nice people.
Our initial data shows that out of a sample of 760 indian sex offenders, 627, or 83%, are listed as being a different ethnicity. 71% of those indians are listed as being White. This is a massive coverup.
Whenever an ICE agent kills an illegal its immediate outrage by Democrats and we must abolish ICE. But when an Illegal kills an American citizen, which is almost every day, the Democrats are silent.
"Did you hear? ICE killed another American!"
"A citizen?"
"Well, no. But he had been here for 35 years."
"So he wasn't supposed to be here. Still, that's not a death sentence. What happened?"
"ICE shot him!"
"An ICE agent just walked up to him and shot him?"
"Well, no. He hit an ICE vehicle and started to run down the ICE agent."
"So he tried to kill an ICE agent."
A statement that can only be made by the historically ignorant.
Before Christians took over the Roman Empire, it was normal for Roman parents to dispose of unwanted babies (of which were mostly daughters) by simply dumping them on trash heaps. This was a practice known as 'exposure'. If babies didn't outright die, they'd be picked up by brothel owners or slavers to be turned into products for profit.
Many Christians adopted these unwanted children as their own. Because many of these children were girls, and because the conditions they grew up in weren't very fortunate, early Christianity developed a reputation for being a religion for women and poor people.
It wouldn't be until Christian Emperors like Constantine that the practice of exposure was finally equated to murder.
So yes, Christians did invent most of what we know as "Basic Human Morality" as we know it today. You stand on the shoulders of giants but are too arrogant to look down and see where your feet are planted.
The foreign national truck driver was able to come to America through the incredibly stupid and asinine 'diversity visa lottery' that gives over 50,000 green cards every single year to people from random countries solely for the sake of diversity. Why do we still have this?
The biggest heist in American history — exposed.
The Federal Reserve just confirmed it:
U.S. NGOs are sitting on $14.2 TRILLION in combined assets — your tax money.
That’s more than the entire GDPs of India + Japan + Germany combined.
Congress didn’t just spend the national debt…
They racketed HALF of it into the single largest corruption empire on the planet.
This is the missing half of the U.S. debt crisis.
The root of the waste, the fraud, the open borders, the endless foreign handouts, and the shadow government that answers to no one.
They took your money.
Your children’s money.
Your grandchildren’s money…
and handed it to unaccountable organizations that grow richer while America bleeds.
This isn’t “charity.”
This is the greatest money-laundering operation in history — protected by Congress.
The racket is bigger than most countries.
And it’s funded by you.
Rant incoming:
My experience on this subject stems from participating in a research and development attempt at a rifle rated helmet, and from almost five years of re-shoring manufacturing and marketing directly in the domestic helmet production space.
Truly monolithic rifle rated helmets made from traditional fibers that don't turn inside out on impact aren't going to be a thing until a material better than Dyneema comes along to change the manufacturing space. As it sits right now, even using a very thick stack of Dyneema backed with aramid fibers at insane temperatures and pressure levels during compression molding does not yield acceptable or survivable backface deformation levels.
This is one of the reasons you see the top manufacturers signing off on and pushing the new police ASTM which makes backface deformation testing optional. You will almost always see these new monolithic rifle rated helmets launched with some form of statement that downplays the importance of ballistic transient deformation testing.
As the material science sits today, it is possible to create a monolithic lightweight Dyneema helmet that resists penetration on rifle threats in lab testing, but those impacts create deadly levels of backface deformation that all but guarantee serious depressed skull fractures for the wearer. These helmets are usually released in conjunction with some study from early GWoT stating that backface deformation didn't cause injuries, but the study was conducted at a time where Kevlar helmets were used, not UHMWPE which has a higher rate of deformation on impact.
Without a backface deformation standard, manufacturers can sell those "rifle rated" helmets that invert themselves to ballistic transient deformation in testing because the helmet "resisted penetration."
This is also why Adept Armor, and Ulbricht are choosing to not go with traditional helmet materials, because it allows the companies to create truly monolithic rifle rated helmets with survivable backface deformation levels by sacrificing in other areas of importance to the helmet end-user, like overall comfort and weight.
What no one talks about however is that current on-trend 3a helmets can and frequently do defeat rifle threats in non-controlled environments. Test scenarios produce a worst case impact in 100% of impacts by design. In non-standard, non-lab produced tests where you can re-create non worst case scenario impacts that you might experience in combat or LEO interaction, I have personally seen helmets made from low-grade aramid fibers stop or redirect 7.62x39 and 7.62x51 threats based on the geometry of the helmet alone.
If you are someone who truly needs a rifle rated helmet for the worst case scenario impact and you don't want to trade off the advantages of current lightweight materials, you should consider a modular ceramics based up-armor plate that adds an additional layer of protection to the front of your helmet. This is statistically where you are most likely to experience an impact from rifle fire during those worst case scenario impacts, and it provides better overall protection for your head against helmets that are currently being sold as "rifle rated" by the top manufacturers. It also enables you to remove the extra pound of weight when that level of protection isn't required.
If you want my advice on purchasing a helmet, don't go with the mainstream manufacturers. Companies like Ops Core/Gentex, Team Wendy, Armor Source, and HighCom all have the same paradigm when it comes to helmet production. They aim to produce a low cost helmet that resists penetration with little innovation to keep costs low. They will all strip layers of material to reduce weight while sacrificing the helmet's ability to disperse kinetic energy throughout the shell, and they'll charge a premium based on that weight savings. That weight savings is also a cost savings for them because they're using less material to make the same "lightweight" helmet, which means more lids off the roll of material.
I will have a very clear bias towards HHV, since I helped the company re-shore manufacturing in Texas for close to five years, but I would always steer you guys towards the new kids on the block in this space since they understand the threat of backface deformation better than anyone else. Busch Protective, Protection Group Denmark, HHV, Sarkar Tactical, Ulbricht Group, and Adept Armor are all smaller companies that are more nimble and are developing scientific advances in the space that you should support. These companies also all hold the internal paradigm that backface deformation is an important metric for building helmets.
Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

American Preacher uses common sense to explain how far off track America has become
“If you can get arrested for hunting and fishing without a license, but you can enter this country and remain in this country illegally, you got a country run by idiots

SHOCKING 😱 — Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey diverted almost $100 million in taxpayer funds to give illegal immigrant families $30K in housing over 2 years, $4K monthly EBT cash assistance, $500 in food aid, free healthcare and cable.
Americans can’t get mortgages because they don’t have the right credit, but H1B visa holders can come over and immediately get approved. Do you get it yet?
