@alise_napp I like to listen to podcasts really quietly. I can close my eyes and the voices lull me to sleep. It's better than an audiobook because I don't worry about falling asleep and "losing my place." My favorites for this are Dear Therapists, Armchair Expert, or Jen Hatmaker's.
