Tesla has secured a massive Megapack order worth up to $5 billion from NatPower to supply more than 25 GWh of battery energy storage systems across Italy and the UK.
25 GWh is more than half of the installed annual production capacity at Tesla's Megapack factory in California.
@Tesla will provide its latest products, including its Megapack battery energy storage system, EPC and bankable trading services. NatPower will also benefit from long-term revenue warranties through Tesla’s Autobidder platform.
"Tesla is excited to partner with NatPower on this long-term agreement. They have a strong vision for scaling battery deployments quickly and efficiently across Europe," says @mike_megapack, VP of Energy and Charging at Tesla.
"Our team of experts are helping accelerate these deployments through our vertically integrated offering, providing hardware, software, construction, trading optimisation and service to bring projects online faster and ensure they operate smoothly throughout the lifetime of the product."
Dutch Transport Minister today defended the RDW’s provisional approval of @Tesla’s FSD (Supervised), saying it was based on independent RDW testing and not Tesla-provided data.
He added that Teslas using FSD have driven 24M miles on Dutch roads "without any noteworthy incidents."

The customer has agreed to pay us $920 million per month from October 2026 through June 2029, with capacity ramping up through September at a reduced fee. The compute capacity provided includes approximately 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs, CPUs, memory, and other related components.
After December 31, 2026, the agreement may be terminated by either party upon 90 days' notice. The customer will retain ownership of, and intellectual property rights in, its content, Al models, and related data."
Starlink V3 satellites have >10X bandwidth of V2 and there’ll be >10X launched, which means >100X more bandwidth.
Also, altitude will be 350km vs 550km, so min latency can be cut in half.
Light travels 300km/ms in space, so physics round trip min latency drops to <5ms.
Keeping Up with the Sturgeons continues
After escaping Gordon Brown’s Cave of Despair, Nicola and Peter cross the Scottish border and flee to the familiar comfort of London’s Savoy Hotel.
But they weren’t counting on The Proclaimers.

The whine of the TSLA investor:
“Tesla has been flat the last 5 years!!!”
Tesla more than doubled in the past 5 years, strongly outperforming the S&P 500.
