@UtilityPoint you have had my final meter read since the 20th October. Please explain why you aren't sending back customer refunds. I have been back in contact to ask for a deadlock letter to send to the ombudsman but now I am being ignored!!!?
@UtilityPoint you need to sort out your customer service and refund policy. You are happy to take money but not happy to refund it. Please return the £680 you owe me.
Please don't refer a friend or be tempted in by utility point, they will happy take your money but won't give you back any overpayments on your account. You were happy to take £650, you wouldn't reduce my DD and now you won't give it back.
