Serious safety issue at Velachery near Chennai Silks.
No proper pedestrian crossing. People forced to walk ~800m to cross road. School kids, women, elderly struggling daily. High risk of accidents.
Why no foot overbridge or signal yet?

It would be very helpful and much safer for everyone if a pedestrian foot overbridge is provided here.

Hi @rapidobikeapp , I using your service daily and used to pay ₹63 per ride. After buying the Power Pass, it shows ₹53 but no pilot accepts my ride for this amount, The app then asks to add ₹10–₹40 more. What's the point of the Power Pass if I still have to pay extra?

Worst IFB customer service! My washing machine issue (Complaint ID: 1016419450) has been pending for 2+ months with no response. Tickets get closed without resolution. Puducherry service center is the very irresponsible center. Only way to throughout the machine @IFBAppliances

Since last Friday, I haven't had internet. I've lodged three complaints with @bsnl_care Customer Care to no avail. Does BSNL really need four days to fix an internet issue? Would they accept a customer's excuse for paying their bill two or three days later?
