My thoughts:

1. UW didn’t plan on Thad having eligibility until NCAA JUCO ruling.

2. UW prioritized Tacario Davis dude to Thad likely being NFL-bound.

3. Thad would be great in the slot next season but with Davis coming in UW might not have had the NIL funds for both, or he might not want to play slot.

If it’s an NIL issue, would love to see donors step up to retain him.
