TENTH SOUND :

Did you mean “grow big and strong first before hiring any professionals”? Huh??? Is that an auto-translate error or what?? If they keep working unprofessionally and making mistakes how can they build trust and grow?
In Thailand it’s easy to hire good event organizers or PR agencies for EACH project. Many agencies offer full packages.
I already wrote a long post about this. Didn’t you read it?
In the Thai entertainment industry, good relationships with the media are extremely important. If the relationship is good, the media will support and help you with everything. But if it’s bad… they might ignore you forever, or when any negative news appears, they can spread it much wider.
In the Thai entertainment industry, if someone treats the media badly, they can easily get blacklisted. You’ll never appear in Thai media again. Some celebrities have lost all their work in the industry because they have no buzz left.
Unprofessional mistakes at the press conference such as removing some media outlets from the list or ignoring their contacts have made many media outlets and reporters complain about this team.
Can they really grow if they keep working like this? Especially when they’re losing credibility?
AGAIN the real issue isn’t that they’re new. It’s that the ceos themselves have zero music industry experience and it clearly shows in the messy social media handling and press-con.
we’re just worried and want him to have a proper team that actually knows what they’re doing. he deserves experienced professionals not to be their learning curve or a case study.
What WORRIES Thai fans the most is that NONE of the executives have ANY EXPERIENCE in the MUSIC BUSINESS. Their main business is RESTAURANTS/CAFE and they only have a background in FINANCE. That’s why we’re so concerned about their vision and direction for 10.
Building a new team with EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS IN THIS FEILD is very different from building a new team with ZERO EXPERIENCED. If they are the real professionals in this field we could feel much more confident that 10 who has such high potential would be PROPERLY supported. We don’t want to see him struggle just because the team LACKS experience.
For those who can’t read Thai 🫡
some thai fans are not attacking 10 at all. We’re only pointing out the issues with the company.
10 is just an artist under the label not the executive. As said in yesterday’s press conference and as reported by the media.
This is a production company NOT a company made JUST FOR HIM. The executives even said they will work with other artists in the future so 10 is just one of their artists.
Ever since the company launched, they’ve been making mistakes almost every single day.
Yesterday’s press conference got a lot of complaints from the media. The communication was poor and some of the information they gave was wrong. Later at night they even contacted the media asking them to correct it.
In Thailand, good media relations are extremely important. Many of them wanted to attend the event but didn’t receive proper invitations. Some got the invitation letters at the last minute in the morning, some were completely ignored, and some were even REMOVED from the list.
Moreover, the invitation letters only stated that they came from the “PR Team” with no name and no phone number of the contact person at all. So how were the media supposed to reach out or confirm anything?
Do people realize how affordable staffing costs in Thailand can be compared to many other countries? That’s why fans are questioning why the company still seems unable to hire proper Entertainment PR personnel or experienced media staff.
If 10sound wants to establish itself as a music and concert company then handling press relations and event coordination should already be a basic requirement. Missing media invitations, poor communication with reporters, and disorganized PR are not small issues when a concert is approaching.
That’s why many fans are worried if the company is already struggling with something as fundamental as media coordination, how are they going to smoothly manage a full-scale concert production? Ten should not have to carry the reputation of the entire operation alone. A professional support team is supposed to reduce risks and pressure on the artist not add more

i don’t know what’s it gonna take for some international 10velys to understand that demanding things to get better now that it’s still early before they make huge and damaging moves is important. thai fans know better than us about how things are in the thai industry. you could say that some are doing too much but you couldn’t say that their concerns are not valid. but i don’t agree with all the comparisons with sm. the company carries HIS name and face. everyone misinformed would think he owns it and when they start working with non-ten artists, every fuck up big or small… the blame will fall on him. it’s his 10th year in the industry and he deserves to have experienced people and professionals around him. remember all the confusion when their pages went live and they used an old photo of ten from his previous company to hint about him then deleted it? but a lot of us let it slide because they’re still new, we wouldn’t let it ruin our enjoyment since he left. we kept making excuses and we kept giving them grace for their incompetence and inconsistencies. personally i only talked about my concerns privately and subtly in public. i gave them time and consideration. we all promoted the pages and let everybody know about it. there has to be an end to all the excuses. he doesn’t have a few months. it should not take that long for them to correct their mistakes. if they can get big sponsors, it’s easier to get experienced people to work for the company. thai fans are saying that the thai team sucks and whoever’s handling him in china and korea are doing a better job. again, they know better than us about their own country. thai fans are translating their posts in english and talking to us in english so we understand where they’re coming from. try to listen. if they say that their home-base team sucks, then they have the right to be mad about it. all of these rants are not against ten but it’s to demand better for him. some of you sound like group stans with their 10velys are always complaining narrative and you’re basically saying “it’s not that deep”

If they don’t know how to, then hire real professionals so we won’t have to see complaints from the media or even sponsors.
and the on-site staff told fans they didn’t have money to pay for copyright fees so they couldn’t play the song at the press conference. I mean… joke or not, should they really be saying something like that in public and to his fans?? so unprofessional.
He already has a strong fanbase and recognition here so he is not starting from zero.
MANY media outlets WANTED to attend the event but they did not receive proper invitations. Some only got the invitation letters at the last minute. Some were completely ignored and some were even removed from the list.
plus the invitation letters had no contact person name, phone number, or even an email at all. This left the media complaining that they didn’t even know who to contact or confirm their attendance with.
The press conference received a lot of complaints from the media. The communication was very poor, and some of the information they gave was incorrect.
These complaints spread widely. Some media personnel posted their personal complaints and those posts gained almost 300k views.
He is not the CEO. All the CEOs have no experience in the music industry at all. They come from the restaurant business and the finance field. That’s why we are concerned about their vision and direction after seeing all these recent mess things.
yes the real issue isn’t “they’re new” it’s that they have zero music industry experience and it clearly shows in the messy social media, press-con and more.
