I am thinking US gov’t doesn’t want btc to take off too fast as it hasn’t got a chance to buy yet. How can the US gov’t achieve a good entry price for BTC? Make a secret deal with big players such as black rock to keep the prices in a range, or somehow make a long call option type of deal with black rock to buy down the road? Which is more possible or neither?
